Jesper Wung-Sung
Jesper Wung-Sung is a Danish writer. His debut collection of short stories To ryk og en aflevering was heralded with the Best Danish Debutant Award at the Copenhagen Book Fair in 1998. In 2004 this collection was adapted to film by the Danish director, Aage Riis-Nordentoft, with whom the author co-wrote the film manuscript. Since then, Jesper Wung-Sung has written many critically acclaimed books for children, young adults and adults. The books have been translated into 9 languages. Jesper Wung-Sung is a member of The Danish Academy.
