What happens when a Norwegian writer travels through the Georgian Caucasus and wonderful Tbilisi in the company of a Georgian writer? In May 2018, to mark Tbilisi's international book fair and guest country status at the Frankfurt Buchmesse, Erlend Loe was invited by The Georgian National Book Centre to observe the country. Now, in 2019, when it is Norway's turn to be a guest country in Frankfurt, the process is reversed and the Georgian author Archil Kikodze has been invited to Norway to become reacquainted with his colleague again. They will talk about literature festivals, translation, writing, nature and their own experiences. The conversation is moderated by Meda Metreveli, director of the Georgian National Book Centre.
