As a volunteer at the festival, you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and events. For example, you can help with ticket sales, decorate stages and public spaces, or document the festival on social media.

But the best thing about being a volunteer at the Norwegian Literature Festival is the social aspect. You will work alongside other enthusiastic volunteers and have the opportunity to meet new people from around the world. We guarantee plenty of laughter and good vibes!

You will also have free access to the festival’s events and performances when you’re not working. That means you can attend some of the best literary events, meet new authors, and experience literature in a whole new way.
