Mari Skurdal
Mari Skurdal is a journalist and editor. Since 2018, she has been the editor-in-chief of Klassekampen.
Skurdal was born on 6 September 1977 in Oslo and earned a master’s degree (hovedfag) in English from the University of Oslo in 2004. She worked for several years as a high school teacher before joining Klassekampen as a journalist.
Mari Skurdal held a number of managerial positions at Klassekampen before taking over as editor. Among other roles, she served as duty editor, news editor, and later as managing editor and features editor.
Skurdal is a co-author of several textbooks in social studies for upper secondary school.
