Peter Dyreborg

Peter Dyreborg is from Denmark and is a poet and literary performance artist working within spoken word. He is a former Danish champion in slam poetry. Dyreborg has published ten books, primarily poetry, and has been affiliated with the Royal Danish Theatre in Copenhagen for 13 years. He has created several theatre productions, including \Den unge Peter Dyreborgs lidelser\ (The Sufferings of the Young Peter Dyreborg) and \Peter Dyreborgs forbrydelse og straf\ (Peter Dyreborg’s Crime and Punishment). His latest poetry collection, \Bekræft, at du er menneske\ (Confirm That You Are Human), will be published in March 2026 and addresses the internet, social media, and AI, as well as the news cycle and developments in Europe marked by war and rearmament.
