ANINE KIERULF

Anine Kierulf is an associate professor of constitutional law at the University of Oslo and special advisor to the Norwegian Human Rights Institution. She is a frequently used commentator on constitutional law, human rights, and freedom of expression, and is on the board of the Fritt Ord foundation.
