KJETIL ANSGAR JAKOBSEN

Kjetil Ansgar Jakobsen is one of Norway's foremost experts on freedom of access to information and freedom of speech. From 2011 to 2014, he held the Henrik Steffens Professorship at the University of Berlin. Since 2015, he has been a professor of history at Nord University in Bodø.



He has translated Francis Bacon's The New Atlantis, which is included in Thorleif Dahl's Cultural Library.
